Cherry-Berry Fresh Compote

  • 1 cup pitted, sweet black cherries
  • 1 cup seedless black grapes, halves
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
 Toss together the fruits with the lemon juice.

Stir the sugar into the sour cream and fold into the fruit.

Cover and chill for 2 hours.

Serve in stemmed glasses.

Serves 4.
