Melt together in saucepan over low heat.
Remove from heat.
Stir into chocolate mixture; blend well.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Gradually stir in flour and nuts until well combined.
Shape dough into 3/4-inch balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 °F. for 8 to 10 minutes until firm to the touch-DO NOT OVERBAKE. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Cool.
In saucepan, melt chocolate and butter. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients; blend well. Dip tops of cookies into glaze to cover. Allow to dry completely before stirring cookies, tightly covered with waxed paper between layers of cookiesd.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
