Carrot Cake Tea Sandwiches

  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
Whip together the cheese and sugar. 
Fold in carrots and nuts.
Spread onto raisin bread for tea sandwiches.
